I used Sarah to buy & sell a home. She is very professional and always made herself available. She explained the process, would respond to questions, do showings, do paperwork, came to my house to help get it ready & staged for showings, as well as stood up to a difficult agent that was getting in the way of a sale. Looking for my first place with absolutely no positive credit history, finding an affordable place in just a few months on Craigslist, Kijiji, etc was just impossible. Sarah went above and beyond more than once in order for me to actually land the place that I'm in right now. Without her, I can't imagine where I'd be right now.
