Buying a house is hard. It takes weeks, and in our case, months to find the right house in the right area and in the right price range.

My boyfriend Ryan and I have been together 8 years, and we finally had enough to put a down payment on a home. We knew right away that we wanted a realtor to help us through this life changing experience, so Ryan asked around and found Sarah Brophy. When we first started looking, the market was slow, so we didn't really start our journey until February 2016. We saw many houses, and put offers on 3 of them. It was very competitive, and I don't know what we would have done without Sarah. She made sure we knew what we were signing, she encouraged us to make responsible offers, and she kept our spirits up as we lost 3 offers. When we found our home, it was the day after the third loss. I was sad, so I didn't really notice right away that the house was essentially perfect for us. We put in our fourth and final offer, and although there was competition, we won this one! I realized that all of the houses before weren't comparable to this one, and that we didn't really lose those other houses, because they weren't meant for us. Thank you Sarah, we couldn't have done it without you!

The best Realtor I've ever used, Sarah made my really bad situation into a great one. When the first deal fell through and we had to list my property again, Sarah made it into a into a positive result and quickly! Sarah went out of her way on many occasions, including stepping in as a plumber when required, and was available anytime I had questions.
