I used Sarah to buy & sell a home. She is very professional and always made herself available. She explained the process, would respond to questions, do showings, do paperwork, came to my house to help get it ready & staged for showings, as well as stood up to a difficult agent that was getting in the way of a sale. It did not matter if it was during business hours, or in the evenings/weekends when she should be spending time with her family, she was always there for me.

Sarah truly cares and wants nothing but the best for her clients. She will go above and beyond at all times. I would absolutely use her again, and would recommend her to everyone. She can even help you find or lease a rental property - not only for buying & selling a home!! Buying a house was the hardest thing we have ever had to do. If it wasn't for Sarah, our dream would NEVER have become a reality. She went above and beyond every step of the way, from sending us every listing, booking showings same day if need be, to physically helping us move furniture, hang pictures, and clean our new house (family perks) but I do know she treats all her clients as if they were family, Sarah was very professional and treated us like she treats ALL her clients. There is no one else I would trust to find the perfect home.

Sarah, we can't thank you enough. You have been great through this entire process. You were patient enough to explain and reassure Marcel and I everytime we had a question or felt uneasy. You were able to help us prepare our house to be sold in a matter of days and able to get it sold within 3 hours!! Like I said when you were hanging the sold sign you were basically a wizard. We can't wait to start our new chapter in our new home and hope our buyers are happy in their new home.
