Selling our house in the recent market was not what we were expecting, but Sarah worked hard to give us the best possible outcome. She worked tirelessly and went above and beyond every step of the way. From driving a long distance to help us navigate the purchase of our new home, arranging all the inspections to ensure our dream property was perfect, to hitting all the marketing hotspots over and over again to bring people to see our house for sale in a market where there were limited prospects with financing. We are certain Sarah treats all her clients as if they were family, because we know we aren't that special :). I used Sarah to buy & sell a home. She is very professional and always made herself available. She explained the process, would respond to questions, do showings, do paperwork, came to my house to help get it ready & staged for showings, as well as stood up to a difficult agent that was getting in the way of a sale. It did not matter if it was during business hours, or in the evenings/weekends when she should be spending time with her family, she was always there for me.

I met Sarah at an Open House and was immediately impressed. From the very start of the process, Sarah's outstanding professionalism shined through, she was honest and forthright. I can't speak highly enough of Sarah, her negotiating skills, openness, no game playing friendly manner and always being available to address any concerns or questions made one of life's most stressful events, so much easier.

We genuinely feel like there are no words that adequately convey how vital Sarah was to us surviving the sale of our old house and purchase of our new home. We just told her we wanted to move and when; from that point she was in charge and handled every aspect of the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. This allowed us to continue with our lives, work our jobs, and raise our kids without ever feeling like there was this monumental task of selling our home hanging over us. We were able to relax and enjoy the process of finding our forever home without the stress that typically comes with moving.

Her patience with us was nothing short of astonishing. Late night conversations and sales strategy discussions that accommodated our family’s insane schedule never felt rushed. Sarah always took the time to fully explain what was going on with the sale of our house and always had a plan of action in place for every house we viewed.

We really felt like Sarah took us under her wing and fought for us the way she would if she were buying the property for her own family. Sarah was often fighting for us and calling out agents who were wasting our time or trying to bully us into over paying. We would often just chalk that behavior up to being part of the process but Sarah stood up for us making sure we were never taken advantage of. It felt like she had a vested interest in us and our growing family that extended far beyond the obvious 'I'm being paid to care'.

The best Realtor I've ever used, Sarah made my really bad situation into a great one. When the first deal fell through and we had to list my property again, Sarah made it into a into a positive result and quickly! Sarah went out of her way on many occasions, including stepping in as a plumber when required, and was available anytime I had questions.
